Weather Summary for Upper Mississippi River Valley

A blanket of clouds and patchy fog were found all across the Upper
Mississippi River Valley early this morning. Scattered showers were
also moving east across northern sections of Minnesota and
Wisconsin. Lows so far this morning ranged from near freezing in
northern Wisconsin, to the lower 40s in eastern Iowa.

The clouds will hold fast today, with a few showers for parts of
Iowa and Illinois, along with northern Wisconsin. Highs today will
range from the mid 40s to lower 50s. Lows tonight will range from
the mid 20s over northern Wisconsin to the mid 30s in eastern Iowa.

Sunshine looks to return Tuesday, but quickly gives way to another
rainmaker, and perhaps some snow, for Wednesday night through
Thursday.
