High pressure allowed for sunshine and dry weather across the area
today. High temperatures varied from the mid 70s to lower 80s.

A cold front will push into Minnesota and western Iowa tonight, and
then continue into Wisconsin and eastern Iowa on Wednesday. This is
expected to bring scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms into
the region late tonight into Wednesday. However, the best chances
for rain are expected to be north of I94. The chance for showers
then taper off Wednesday night with dry weather forecast
for Thursday.

Looking at the temperatures, the lows tonight are going to range in
the low and mid 60s, with readings then climbing into the mid 70s to
mid 80s for Wednesday. Temperatures then reach into the 80s across
most of the region Thursday, though mid 70s across northern
Wisconsin.
