CLOUDY CONDITIONS PREVAILED ACROSS THE REGION DURING THE EARLY
AFTERNOON HOURS. MID AFTERNOON TEMPERATURES WERE GENERALLY IN THE
UPPER 40S TO LOWER 50S REGION WIDE.

A SMALL CHANCE FOR SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL RETURN TO
NORTHEAST IOWA AND SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA TONIGHT...THEN SLOWLY SPREAD
ACROSS THE REST OF THE REGION WEDNESDAY INTO WEDNESDAY NIGHT. THE
PRECIPITATION WILL THEN CONTINUE ON AND OFF INTO THURSDAY AND THEN
END BY THURSDAY EVENING.

LOW TEMPERATURES TONIGHT WILL SLIP INTO THE UPPER 30S TO LOWER
40S...THOUGH LOWER 30S ACROSS NORTHERN WISCONSIN. THE COOL
TEMPERATURES ARE GOING TO CONTINUE INTO WEDNESDAY WILL HIGHS ONLY
IN THE UPPER 40S TO MID 50S.
