THE AREA REMAINED UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF LOW PRESSURE OVER
SOUTHERN ONTARIO OVERNIGHT AND BROUGHT WIDELY SCATTERED SHOWERS
ACROSS NORTH CENTRAL WISCONSIN. MOSTLY CLEAR SKIES WERE SEEN
ELSEWHERE. LOW TEMPERATURES RANGED FROM THE MIDDLE 40S ACROSS
NORTHEAST MINNESOTA...TO THE MIDDLE 50S ACROSS SOUTHEAST
WISCONSIN.

MOSTLY CLOUDY SKIES PREVAILED ALONG AND EAST OF THE MISSISSIPPI
RIVER THIS MORNING. TEMPERATURES WERE IN THE LOWER 50S TO LOWER
60S. MOSTLY CLOUDY TO PARTLY SUNNY SKIES ARE EXPECTED ACROSS THE
REGION THIS AFTERNOON...AS THE LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM REMAINS NEARLY
STATIONARY OVER SOUTHERN ONTARIO. TEMPERATURES WILL REMAIN BELOW
NORMAL...WITH HIGHS RISING INTO THE UPPER 50S TO LOWER 70S.

HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS INTO THE EASTERN DAKOTAS AND WESTERN
MINNESOTA AND PROVIDE MOSTLY CLEAR TO PARTLY CLOUDY SKIES ACROSS
THE AREA TONIGHT. LOW TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED TO FALL INTO THE
MIDDLE 40S TO LOWER 50S.
