TEMPERATURES WERE SEASONABLY COOL...AND BY MID AFTERNOON WERE IN
THE LOWER TO MIDDLE 60S.

PLAN ON A DRY AND PLEASANT NIGHT WITH TEMPERATURES DROPPING INTO
THE UPPER 30S ACROSS CENTRAL WISCONSIN...TO THE LOWER AND MIDDLE
40S ACROSS SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA...NORTHEAST IOWA...AND WESTERN
WISCONSIN. RIVER VALLEY FOG IS EXPECTED FOR THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER
