ARCTIC HIGH PRESSURE WAS BUILDING INTO THE UPPER MIDWEST. SKIES

THE ARCTIC HIGH WILL REMAIN IN CONTROL THROUGH MONDAY. SO EVEN

WARM ALL THAT MUCH. HIGHS WILL NOT GET ABOVE ZERO ACROSS A GOOD
PORTION OF MINNESOTA AND NORTHERN WISCONSIN. SINGLE DIGITS AND

IT FEEL COLDER...WITH WIND CHILLS ADVISORIES REMAINING IN EFFECT
INTO MONDAY.

LOOK FOR LOWS TONIGHT TO BE IN THE TEENS AND 20S BELOW ZERO...
WITH WIND CHILLS IN THE 20S AN 30S BELOW ZERO. TEMPERATURES
WILL START TO WARM MONDAY ACROSS WESTERN MINNESOTA AS THE HIGH
SHIFTS EAST AND SOUTHERLY WINDS PICK UP. BUT IT WILL REMAIN CHILLY
ELSEWHERE. LOOK FOR HIGHS TO RANGE FROM THE 20S OVER WESTERN
MINNESOTA...TO THE SINGLE DIGITS OVER EASTERN WISCONSIN.
