DURING THE OVERNIGHT...SNOW SPREAD INTO IOWA WHILE CLOUDS INCREASED
OVER THE REST OF THE REGION. LOW TEMPERATURES RANGED FROM THE MID
TEENS TO UPPER 20S.

A STRONG WINTER STORM WILL TRACK FROM THE CENTRAL PLAINS INTO
MICHIGAN BY WEDNESDAY MORNING. THIS PATH WILL BRING WIDESPREAD
SNOW...SOMETIMES HEAVY...ALONG WITH SOME AREAS OF FREEZING RAIN.
WINDS WILL ALSO INCREASE LATER TODAY AND TONIGHT WHICH WILL CAUSE
BLIZZARD CONDITIONS ACROSS PORTIONS OF IOWA INTO SOUTHERN MINNESOTA.
FOR THESE REASONS WINTER STORM OR BLIZZARD WARNINGS WILL BE IN
EFFECT UNTIL WEDNESDAY MORNING FOR A LARGE PORTION OF THE REGION.
HIGHS THIS AFTERNOON WILL RANGE IN THE UPPER 20S TO MID 30S.
