DURING THE OVERNIGHT...CLOUDY AND COOL CONDITIONS PREVAILED ACROSS
THE REGION AS COOLER AIR PUSHED IN FROM THE NORTH. WHILE MUCH OF THE
REGION REMAINED DRY...THUNDERSTORMS MOVED ACROSS SOUTHERN IOWA. THE
MORNING LOWS RANGED FROM THE MID 30S TO AROUND 50 DEGREES.

CLOUDS WILL REMAIN OVER MUCH OF THE REGION TODAY...THOUGH SOME HOLES
OR THIN SPOTS MAY ALLOW FOR A FEW PEEKS OF SUNSHINE. THE AFTERNOON
HIGHS WILL RANGE MOSTLY IN THE MID 40S TO MID 50S...THOUGH SOME
LOCATIONS OF NORTHEAST IOWA INTO SOUTHWEST WISCONSIN WILL SEE LOWER
60S.

A SMALL CHANCE FOR SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL RETURN TO
NORTHEAST IOWA AND SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA TONIGHT...THEN SLOWLY SPREAD
ACROSS THE REST OF THE REGION WEDNESDAY INTO WEDNESDAY NIGHT. THE
PRECIPITATION WILL THEN CONTINUE ON AND OFF INTO THURSDAY AND THEN
END BY EVENING.

LOW TEMPERATURES TONIGHT WILL SLIP INTO THE UPPER 30S TO LOWER
40S...THOUGH LOWER 30S ACROSS NORTHERN WISCONSIN. THE COOL
TEMPERATURES ARE GOING TO CONTINUE INTO WEDNESDAY WILL HIGHS ONLY
IN THE UPPER 40S TO MID 50S.
