Last evening saw clearing skies for areas west of the Mississippi
River whereas cloudy skies and scattered showers continued across
portions of northern and central Wisconsin. Winds were breezy
from the west with temperatures dropping into the mid to upper

Early this morning, scattered showers will move north and east of
the region with dry conditions by daybreak. Morning lows will
bottom out in the lower to mid 40s.

The rest of today will be warmer, with highs ranging from around
60 degrees across northern Wisconsin to around 70 degrees across
northeast Iowa and southern Wisconsin. Scattered showers and
thunderstorms are expected late this afternoon and evening. Some
storms may be strong for areas near and south of Interstate 90,
capable of producing small hail and gusty winds.
