WITH TEMPERATURES EARLY THIS MORNING RANGING FROM THE SINGLE DIGITS
BELOW ZERO TO THE SINGLE DIGITS ABOVE ZERO. A LIGHT NORTHWEST WIND
WAS PRODUCING WIND CHILLS MAINLY IN THE TEENS TO LOWER 20S BELOW
ZERO.

DESPITE MOSTLY SUNNY SKIES TODAY...LOOK FOR HIGH TEMPERATURES TODAY
IN THE SINGLE DIGITS TO LOWER TEENS ABOVE ZERO.

SNOW SPREADS INTO THE AREA TONIGHT...CONTINUING INTO SUNDAY AS A
TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE MOVES INTO THE REGION. PLAN ON ANYWHERE FROM
2 TO 5 INCHES OF SNOWFALL WITH THE HEAVIEST SNOW EXPECTED FROM
SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA INTO NORTHEAST IOWA AND FAR SOUTHWEST WISCONSIN
WHERE A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT FROM TONIGHT INTO
SUNDAY.
