PATCHY FOG WAS SEEN ACROSS THE REGION THIS MORNING...ESPECIALLY IN
VALLEY LOCATIONS. EARLY MORNING TEMPERATURES RANGED FROM THE LOWER
40S ACROSS NORTHERN WISCONSIN TO THE LOWER 50S OVER NORTHEAST IOWA.

PARTLY SUNNY SKIES THIS MORNING WILL GIVE WAY TO AFTERNOON INCREASING
CLOUDS...BUT IT WILL BE ANOTHER COMFORTABLE DAY WITH HIGHS IN THE
MIDDLE TO UPPER 70S.

TONIGHT...LOW PRESSURE WILL FORM IN SOUTH DAKOTA WITH RAIN AND
STORMS ERUPTING THERE AND MOVING SLOWLY EAST ACROSS MINNESOTA AND
IOWA. THE RAIN AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WILL THEN MOVE INTO
WISCONSIN FRIDAY. 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN COULD FALL ACROSS THE
LOCAL AREA...WITH ISOLATED HIGHER AMOUNTS POSSIBLE. LOWS TONIGHT
WILL BE IN THE MIDDLE 50S TO LOWER 60S...WITH MAINLY 60S FOR HIGHS
FRIDAY IN THE RAIN.

DRIER WEATHER IS EXPECTED FOR THE WEEKEND WITH HIGHS IN THE 70S
SATURDAY...AND 80S SUNDAY.
