National Weather Service La Crosse WI
1034 AM CDT Tue May 31 2016

After a quiet early morning, showers and thunderstorms have now begun
to develop across portions of eastern Iowa and southern Wisconsin.
Overnight low temperatures were in the upper 50s to lower 60s.

winds, and localized very heavy rainfall. High temperatures are
expected to range from the mid 70s to lower 80s.

Showers and thunderstorms should move out of the region later tonight
into Wednesday morning...giving way to drier, cooler, and noticeably
less humid conditions on Wednesday and into Thursday.
