Showers and thunderstorms associated with a cold front marched
eastward across the region during the early evening hours. Most of
the rainfall had moved east of the Mississippi river by mid evening.
Afternoon high temperatures were generally in the 70s to around 80.

The cold front will push on to the east during the overnight hours
and carry the rainfall into the lower great lakes.  Low temperatures
are expected to fall into the upper 50s to middle 60s.
