SOUTHERLY WINDS ON THE BACKSIDE OF A HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEM OVER THE
OHIO RIVER VALLEY BROUGHT MOSTLY SUNNY SKIES INTO THE AREA.
AFTERNOON TEMPERATURES RANGED FROM THE UPPER 70S ACROSS EASTERN
WISCONSIN...TO THE UPPER 80S ACROSS WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA.

A COLD FRONT IS EXPECTED TO PUSH INTO CENTRAL MINNESOTA AND
WESTERN NEBRASKA TONIGHT AND POSSIBLY SPREAD SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS INTO SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA AND WESTERN WISCONSIN AFTER
MIDNIGHT. OVERNIGHT LOW TEMPERATURES WILL FALL INTO THE UPPER 60S
TO LOWER 70S.

SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL PREVAIL ACROSS THE REGION
MONDAY...AS THE COLD FRONT TRACKS INTO CENTRAL WISCONSIN AND
WESTERN ILLINOIS. STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ARE
POSSIBLE...WITH HEAVY RAINFALL AND DAMAGING WINDS THE MAIN
THREATS. HIGH TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED TO RISE INTO THE MIDDLE
70S TO MIDDLE 80S.
