WISCONSIN...TO ONLY THE TEENS IN WESTERN MINNESOTA.

TONIGHT... LOWS WILL RANGE FROM THE SINGLE DIGITS OVER MINNESOTA
AND CENTRAL WISCONSIN TO TEENS ACROSS IOWA AND SOUTHERN WISCONSIN.

HIGHS ON SUNDAY WILL BE MAINLY IN THE 20S TO THE LOWER 30S. ANOTHER
