VERY COLD LOW TEMPERATURES THIS MORNING. LOWS WERE 15 TO NEARLY 25

MILDER TEENS ABOVE ZERO OVER PARTS OF WISCONSIN AND SOUTHERN IOWA.
THIS WAS ONE OF THE COLDEST THANKSGIVING MORNING ON RECORD.

LOTS OF SUNSHINE IS ON TAP FOR THIS TURKEY DAY...BUT IT WILL REMAIN

AS WARMER AIR TRIES TO RETURN TO THE REGION TONIGHT...CLOUD COVER

THE COLDEST TEMPERATURES OCCURRING IN THE EVENING...AND THEN WARMING
OVERNIGHT.

THIS THREAT FOR LIGHT PRECIPITATION WILL LINGER ACROSS THE NORTH ON
FRIDAY BUT GENERALLY QUIET...AND SLIGHTLY WARMER WEATHER IS ON TAP
