Mostly clear skies and cold temperatures were seen across the region
during the overnight hours. Early morning temperatures ranged from
the single digits above zero across portions of northern Wisconsin
to the mid 20s over northeast Iowa.

Skies will be mostly sunny this morning then plan on increasing
clouds this afternoon into this evening. It will be a cool day
across the region today with highs ranging from the mid 30s across
northern Wisconsin to around 40 over northeast Iowa.

Plan on mostly cloudy skies across the Upper Mississippi River
Valley tonight. Low temperatures are expected to range from the
lower 20s over northern Wisconsin to the upper 20s to around 30
across northeast Iowa.
