Windy conditions were the rule today across the area. High
temperatures ranged from the teens across northwest Minnesota...to
the middle to upper 40s across southern Wisconsin and southern
Iowa.

Under mostly clear skies across the area...temperatures were in
the teens to middle 20s this evening. High pressure will build
into western Iowa and southern Minnesota tonight and provide
mostly clear skies across the region. Overnight low temperatures
are expected to fall into the teens.

Flurries are possible Wednesday afternoon across the area...as low
pressure moves into central Minnesota. High temperatures will rise
into the upper 20s to middle 30s.
