Clear and bitter cold conditions were in place across the region
overnight with area temperatures early this morning mainly in the
single digits and teens below zero. Light northwest winds were
producing wind chills in the teens and 20s below zero.

Another sunny but very cold day is on tap for today. Plan on highs
mainly in the single digits above zero with wind chills in the
single digits below zero.

Bitter cold conditions will continue tonight under mostly clear
skies with lows dipping down into the single digits and teens below
zero. Wind chills are expected to be in the teens and 20s below
