Weather Summary for Upper Mississippi River Valley

Clouds decreased and cooler air flowed into the region overnight.
The low temperatures ranged in the 30s, which was about 5 degrees
below normal in many locations.

High pressure will now dominate our weather into the weekend
providing sunshine and dry conditions. High temperatures this
afternoon are going to reach into the mid 50s to lower 60s. We can
then expect one more round of cool temperatures tonight, with
widespread lows in the low and mid 30s, with even some upper 20s
possible across the bog area`s of central and west-central
Wisconsin.

Then for the weekend, highs on Saturday are going to range in the
low and mid 60s. On Sunday readings are going to reach the mid and
upper 60s over all but northern Wisconsin where 50s are forecast.
