Weather Summary for Upper Mississippi River Valley
National Weather Service La Crosse WI
333 PM CST Sun Feb 19 2017

The quiet and warm weather of the last few days continued on
Sunday, with mostly sunny skies and afternoon temperatures in the
50s to mid 60s. Cloud cover will be on the increase tonight,
keeping temperatures fairly warm, with lows ranging from the mid
30s in central Wisconsin to the upper 40s in southeast Minnesota
and northeast Iowa.

Rain showers will move through the entire area on Monday, along
with possibly a few rumbles of thunder. Temperatures will remain
warm, with highs in the 50s to near 60 in some spots.

Looking ahead to the rest of the work week, the warmth will
remain through Wednesday, with highs continuing to reach the 50s
to mid 60s before cooling into the 40s on Thursday. There is then
potential for a return to winter on Friday, as a storm system
moves through the area, but details are uncertain at this point.
