Skies began to clear during the evening hours from the west across
the region, although northerly winds remained breezy. Temperatures
during the late evening hours were in the 30s to mid 40s.

Gradually clearing skies will continue through the overnight hours
into the day on Friday as high pressure builds in from the
northwest. Temperatures will rise into the mid 50s to low 60s
today with lighter northerly winds around 10 mph.

A very tranquil weekend is on tap over the region with abundant
sunshine expected. After a chilly start to the day on Saturday
with morning temperatures in the 20s and 30s, highs mainly in the
60s are expected. Slightly warmer temperatures in the mid to upper
60s are likely over much of the region on Sunday.
