National Weather Service La Crosse WI
1042 AM CDT Fri Jul 21 2017

Quiet weather was seen for most of the overnight hours, with low
temperatures in the 60s to lower 70s. Showers and thunderstorms
then developed in southeast Minnesota and northeast Iowa during
the early morning hours and were continuing through the mid-
morning.

The showers and storms will continue over much of the area for

this evening could be strong to severe. Heavy rain leading to
flooding is expected with these storms, especially in areas that
have recently received heavy rainfall.

The rain will move out of much of the area by Saturday morning,
though a few showers could be lingering east of the Mississippi
River. High temperatures Saturday will be in the 80s and the 70s
to lower 80s on Sunday.
