CLOUDS INCREASED ACROSS THE REGION AHEAD OF A WEATHER SYSTEM MOVING
ACROSS THE CENTRAL PLAINS. HIGH TEMPERATURES RANGED IN THE 70S.

THE PLAINS SYSTEM WILL TRACK INTO WESTERN IOWA BY MORNING AND THEN
CONTINUE EAST AND IS FORECAST TO BE ALONG THE WISCONSIN AND ILLINOIS
BORDER BY SATURDAY MORNING. THIS TRACK WILL BRING WIDESPREAD RAINS
TO IOWA AND THE SOUTHERN PORTIONS OF MINNESOTA AND WISCONSIN ON
FRIDAY. THERE IS THE POTENTIAL FOR 1 TO 2 INCH RAINFALL...WITH EVEN
SOME ISOLATED 3 INCH AMOUNTS POSSIBLE...WITH THE HIGHER AMOUNTS
MAINLY IN AREAS ALONG AND SOUTH OF I90. THE RAINS WILL THEN TAPER
OFF FROM WEST TO EAST FRIDAY NIGHT...AND WILL BE MOSTLY EAST OF THE
AREA SATURDAY MORNING.

LOOKING AT THE TEMPERATURES...EXPECT LOW TEMPERATURES TONIGHT IN THE
UPPER 50S TO LOWER 60S...WITH FRIDAYS HIGHS IN THE MID 60S TO LOWER
70S. TEMPERATURES THEN CLIMB INTO THE LOW AND MID 70S
SATURDAY...WITH HIGHS ON SUNDAY REACHING INTO THE UPPER 70S TO MID
80S.
