Weather Summary for Upper Mississippi River Valley
National Weather Service La Crosse WI
1025 AM CST Tue Dec 5 2017

Gusty winds prevailed across the region during the night as strong
low pressure moved north of the Great Lakes. The overnight lows
ranged from the teens to mid 20s.

The gusty winds will continue through the day and then ease some
tonight, though remain quite breezy. Very little temperature rise is
expected today, with some locations just holding steady.
Temperatures tonight then dip into a 12 to 20 degree range.

The colder temperatures are here to stay for a while, with highs for

the area will finally see temperatures rise above the freezing mark
by next Sunday.
