SOME CLOUD COVER LINGERED OVERNIGHT...ESPECIALLY OVER WISCONSIN...
WHILE SKIES WERE CLEAR ELSEWHERE. UNDER THE CLEAR AREAS...LOW
TEMPERATURES FELL INTO THE 40S. BUT THE BLANKET OF CLOUDS KEPT
LOWS IN THOSE AREAS IN THE LOWER TO MIDDLE 50S.

HIGH PRESSURE WILL BE IN CONTROL OF THE WEATHER ACROSS OUR REGION
TODAY AND TONIGHT. CLEAR TO PARTLY CLOUDY SKIES WILL BE SEEN
THROUGH THIS PERIOD...BUT IT WILL REMAIN RATHER COOL FOR LATE
AUGUST. HIGHS TODAY WILL RANGE FROM THE UPPER 60S OVER NORTHERN
WISCONSIN...TO THE MIDDLE 70S OVER NORTHEAST IOWA AND SOUTHERN
WISCONSIN. LOWS TONIGHT WILL SLIP INTO THE UPPER 30S OVER NORTHERN
WISCONSIN...WITH UPPER 40S TO LOWER 50S ACROSS MUCH OF THE
REMAINDER OF THE REGION. RIVER VALLEY FOG SHOULD ALSO BE AROUND
BY SUNRISE THURSDAY.

A LOW PRESSURE AREA WILL BE MOVING TOWARD THE REGION TO END THE
WEEK. MANY WILL SEE A RATHER RAINY FRIDAY...WITH THE POTENTIAL OF
1 TO 2 INCHES IN SOME LOCATIONS.
