RANGED FROM PARTLY TO MOSTLY CLOUDY ACROSS SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA AND
NORTHEAST IOWA. THERE WERE EVEN SCATTERED FLURRIES ACROSS WESTERN
WISCONSIN. TEMPERATURES EARLY THIS MORNING RANGED FROM 5 TO 15 ABOVE
ACROSS SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA AND NORTHEAST...AND FROM 15 TO 20 ACROSS
WESTERN WISCONSIN

SKIES WILL GRADUALLY CLEAR TODAY AS A HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEM OVER THE
NORTHERN PLAINS BUILD ACROSS THE UPPER MISSISSIPPI RIVER VALLEY.
HIGH TEMPERATURES THIS AFTERNOON WILL BE IN THE LOWER AND MID 20S.

THE CLOUDS WILL GRADUALLY INCREASE LATE TONIGHT AS A LOW PRESSURE
SYSTEM APPROACHES THE REGION FROM THE CENTRAL PLAINS. LOW
TEMPERATURES ON SATURDAY MORNING WILL RANGE FROM 0 TO 15 ABOVE.

LOOKING AHEAD TO SATURDAY...ANOTHER ROUND OF SNOW IS EXPECTED TO
BRING ACCUMULATIONS OF 1 TO 3 INCHES MAINLY OVER NORTHEAST IOWA AND
THE SOUTHERN HALF OF WISCONSIN BY SATURDAY NIGHT.
