DRIZZLE AND FOG DEVELOPED OVERNIGHT ACROSS PARTS OF THE UPPER
MISSISSIPPI  RIVER VALLEY. IT WAS A MUGGY NIGHT...AND LOWS VARIED
FROM THE MIDDLE TO UPPER 60S. BY EARLY MORNING...A WEAK WEATHER
SYSTEM WAS SPREADING LIGHT RAIN SHOWERS ACROSS SOUTHERN MINNESOTA
AND NORTHERN IOWA.

PLAN ON MOSTLY CLOUDY TO OVERCAST SKIES TODAY...AS THE
AFOREMENTIONED SYSTEM MOVES TOWARD WISCONSIN. SCATTERED RAIN
SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE THROUGH MID
AFTERNOON...MAINLY ALONG AND SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 90. HIGHS WILL BE
MAINLY IN THE 80S...COOLEST IN AREAS AFFECTED BY CLOUDS AND RAIN
SHOWERS.

FOR TONIGHT...A COLD FRONT WILL DIVE SOUTHEAST TOWARD THE REGION.
THERE IS A CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND STORMS LATE THIS EVENING AND
OVERNIGHT ACROSS WESTERN WISCONSIN. PLAN ON LOWS IN THE LOWER TO
MIDDLE 60S. FOR SUNDAY...COOLER TEMPERATURES CAN BE EXPECTED AND
PLAN ON SHOWERS ACROSS MUCH OF WESTERN INTO NORTH CENTRAL
WISCONSIN. HIGHS WILL TOP OUT IN THE LOWER TO MIDDLE 70S.
