Cloud cover and flurries persisted across much of the region today.
Afternoon temperatures were mainly in the lower to mid 20s.

Flurries should gradually diminish tonight, but skies will remain
mostly cloudy through Friday. Lows tonight will fall to around 10 to
15 degrees. Temperatures will not warm much on Friday, with highs
only reaching the mid teens to around 20.

A low pressure system will spread accumulating snow across the
region Saturday afternoon and evening. Many locations are expected
to receive 2 to 6 inches of snow. The highest totals are currently
forecast to be south of Interstate 90.
