WEATHER SUMMARY FOR UPPER MISSISSIPPI RIVER VALLEY
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE LA CROSSE WI
413 AM CDT MON SEP 29 2014

A COLD FRONT PUSHING INTO NORTHERN WISCONSIN AND MINNESOTA PRODUCED
A FEW CLOUDS ACROSS THE AREA OVERNIGHT. AT THE SAME TIME...MOSTLY
CLEAR SKIES AND LIGHT WINDS PRODUCED SOME FOGGY SPOTS IN CENTRAL
WISCONSIN AND IN THE MISSISSIPPI AND WISCONSIN RIVER VALLEYS.
TEMPERATURES EARLY THIS MORNING RANGED FROM THE UPPER 40S AND LOWER
50S ACROSS CENTRAL WISCONSIN...TO THE MIDDLE 50S AND LOWER 60S
ACROSS THE REST OF THE AREA.

LOOK FOR CLOUDS TO INCREASE THIS MORNING AS THE COLD FRONT PUSHES
SOUTHWARD INTO THE REGION. PLAN ON SCATTERED SHOWERS AS
WELL...ESPECIALLY EAST OF THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER. HIGH TEMPERATURES
TODAY WILL RANGE FROM THE 50S ACROSS NORTHERN MINNESOTA AND NORTHERN
WISCONSIN...TO THE MIDDLE AND UPPER 70S ACROSS NORTHEAST IOWA INTO
FAR SOUTHWEST WISCONSIN.

HIGH PRESSURE WILL THEN BUILD INTO THE REGION TONIGHT FOR CLEARING
SKIES AND COLDER TEMPERATURES. PLAN ON LOWS TONIGHT RANGING FROM THE
UPPER 30S ACROSS NORTHERN AND CENTRAL WISCONSIN...TO THE MIDDLE AND
UPPER 40S ELSEWHERE.
