...Areas of Dense Fog Developing...

Areas of dense fog can be expected across parts of western and
central Wisconsin into southeast Minnesota, particularly those
areas which received rainfall earlier today and where skies have
cleared. Visibility in some areas may briefly be reduced to near
zero at times. If you will be traveling through late evening, be
prepared for rapid changes in visibility along your route and slow
down if you encounter fog.
