...PATCHY FREEZING FOG THIS MORNING...

SOME PATCHY FREEZING FOG IS POSSIBLE THIS MORNING ACROSS PORTIONS
OF SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA...NORTHEAST IOWA...AND WESTERN WISCONSIN.
VISIBILITY IS GENERALLY BETWEEN 1 TO 3 MILES OR HIGHER...WITH
DENSE FOG NOT EXPECTED. WITH TEMPERATURES BELOW FREEZING
THROUGHOUT THE REGION...THE MOISTURE FROM THE FOG COULD FREEZE ON
ANY EXTERNAL OBJECTS. UNTREATED ROADS COULD DEVELOP SOME SLICK
SPOTS AS WELL...PARTICULARLY IN NORTHEAST IOWA AND SOUTHEAST
MINNESOTA WHERE THE LOWER VISIBILITIES HAVE BEEN OBSERVED.
VISIBILITY IS EXPECTED TO IMPROVE LATER THIS MORNING.
