TO 25 BELOW ZERO RANGE BY SUNRISE. WEST WINDS WILL SLOWLY DIMINISH
OVERNIGHT BUT BE ENOUGH TO PRODUCE WIND CHILLS OF 15 TO 30 BELOW
ZERO. FROST BITE CAN OCCUR TO EXPOSED SKIN IN LESS THAN 30 MINUTES
IN THIS COLD.

BE PREPARED FOR THE COLD IF HEADING OUT OVERNIGHT.
