THROUGH 10 AM...AREAS OF DENSE FOG WILL BE FOUND ACROSS SOUTHEAST
MINNESOTA...NORTHEAST IOWA...AND PARTS OF WESTERN WISCONSIN. THIS
FOG WILL REDUCE VISIBILITIES TO A QUARTER MILE OR LESS. THIS FOG
WILL QUICKLY DISSIPATE BETWEEN 10 AM AND 1030 AM.
