RAIN WAS CHANGING OVER TO SNOW IN SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA AND NORTHEAST
IOWA THIS EVENING AS COLDER AIR MOVES IN. BIG SNOWFLAKES AND QUICK
ACCUMULATIONS WERE REPORTED ALTHOUGH MOST ROADS WERE JUST WET.

ACCUMULATIONS ON GRASSY SURFACES COULD BE 1 TO 2 INCHES THIS EVENING.

SNOW COULD START STICKING ON LESS TRAVELED ROADS AS THE SNOW
CONTINUES THIS EVENING SO BE CAREFUL WHEN DRIVING. WITH THE STRONG
NORTH WINDS...THE WET SNOW WILL ALSO STICK ON OBJECTS.
