NORTHEASTERN GRANT AND WESTERN RICHLAND COUNTIES...

AT 853 AM CDT...RADAR INDICATED STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED
ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM LEWISTON TO NEAR COON VALLEY TO 6 MILES
SOUTH OF CLAYTON TO NEAR FENNIMORE. MOVEMENT WAS NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

THESE STORMS WILL PRODUCE LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN AND FREQUENT LIGHTNING.
WINDS IN EXCESS OF 40 MPH ARE ALSO POSSIBLE WITH THESE STORMS.

LA CROSSE...WINONA...SPARTA...LA CRESCENT...VIROQUA...ONALASKA...
BUFFALO...HOLMEN...WEST SALEM...GOODVIEW...BOSCOBEL...FENNIMORE...
WESTBY...LEWISTON...TREMPEALEAU...GALESVILLE...BANGOR...CASHTON...
BUFFALO CITY AND FOUNTAIN CITY.

TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IS ALSO OCCURRING WITH THESE STORMS...AND MAY
CAUSE LOCALIZED FLOODING. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE THROUGH FLOODED
ROADWAYS.

FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING IS OCCURRING WITH THIS STORM.
LIGHTNING CAN STRIKE 10 MILES AWAY FROM A THUNDERSTORM. SEEK A SAFE
SHELTER INSIDE A BUILDING OR VEHICLE.
