ABOVE A MILE...BUT IN SOME AREAS PATCHES OF DENSER FOG WILL REDUCE
VISIBILITY TO BELOW HALF A MILE AND POSSIBLY BELOW A QUARTER OF A
MILE AT TIMES. ALL MOTORISTS SHOULD BE ALERT FOR CHANGING
