FOR SOUTHEASTERN ELBERT...SOUTHERN LAURENS...EAST CENTRAL ANDERSON...
ABBEVILLE AND GREENWOOD COUNTIES...
At 913 AM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 13 miles east of Anderson to 6 miles northwest of
Abbeville to 13 miles southeast of Elberton, moving east at 50 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines.
Locations impacted include...
Greenwood, Abbeville, Honea Path, Ware Shoals, Calhoun Falls, Ninety
Six, Joanna, Due West, Cross Hill, and Donalds.
