...FLASH FLOOD WATCH WILL EXPIRE AT 5 PM MST THIS AFTERNOON...

THE FLASH FLOOD WATCH FOR PORTIONS OF EAST-CENTRAL ARIZONA...SOUTH-
CENTRAL ARIZONA AND WEST-CENTRAL ARIZONA WILL EXPIRE AT 5 PM MST THIS
AFTERNOON.

STORM COVERAGE HAS REMAINED RATHER SPOTTY THIS AFTERNOON AS DRY AIR
CONTINUES TO FILTER IN FROM THE WEST-SOUTHWEST. WHAT STORM ACTIVITY
THAT HAS DEVELOPED IS MOVING AROUND 20 TO 25 MPH AND IS NOT
PRESENTING WITH THE SAME TRAINING TENDENCY THAT WAS OBSERVED LAST
EVENING. AS SUCH...THE FLASH FLOOD WATCH WILL BE ALLOWED TO EXPIRE.
ISOLATED STORM ACTIVITY MAY CONTINUE INTO THE EARLY EVENING...WITH
THE THREAT FOR GUSTY WINDS AND PERIODS OF VERY BRIEF RAINFALL
POSSIBLE.
