* Flood Advisory for...
  York County in southwestern Maine...
  Southwestern Cumberland County in southwestern Maine...
  Northern Rockingham County in southern New Hampshire...
  Strafford County in central New Hampshire...
  South central Sullivan County in central New Hampshire...
  Northeastern Cheshire County in southern New Hampshire...
  Northern Hillsborough County in southern New Hampshire...
  Southeastern Belknap County in central New Hampshire...
  Southern Merrimack County in central New Hampshire...
  Southeastern Carroll County in northern New Hampshire...

* Until 1000 PM EDT

* At 656 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated an area of heavy rain over
  southern New Hampshire and far southwestern Maine. This
  precipitation will continue through the evening hours as it moves
  steadily east at 30 mph. At times, the rain may fall at a rate of
  a half inch to an inch per hour. This will bring storm rainfall
  totals into the two to three inch range in some locations. Heavy
  rainfall will lead to localized urban street flooding and flooding
  of culverts as well as low lying areas.

  Manchester, Portland, Concord, Rochester, South Portland,
  Biddeford, Portsmouth, Westbrook, Durham, Kittery, Henniker,
  Alfred, Sanford, Northwood, Dover, Bedford, Saco, Gorham, Hooksett
  and Somersworth.
