This hazardous weather outlook is for northwest...north central and
west central Missouri...as well as extreme eastern Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

 Showers and thunderstorms will start to move into NW Missouri late
this afternoon as a cold front starts to push its way through the
area. No severe weather is expected with these storms but heavy rain
and occasional lightning will be possible over NW Missouri,
especially after sunset. Rain is not expected to make it to the KC
Metro area until after midnight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday

 Tuesday scattered rain showers and thunderstorms will occur along a
cold frontal boundary that will be stalled over our area. No severe
weather is expected with isolated pockets of heavy rain and lightning
possible. Cooler temperatures will move into the area Wednesday
through the weekend as mostly dry conditions are expected with the
next chance of rain being Sunday afternoon.
