SOUTHEAST THIS MORNING. UP TO ONE QUARTER INCH OF ADDITIONAL
RAINFALL IS EXPECTED THROUGH NOON...ESPECIALLY NEAR CHENA HOT
SPRINGS AND FROM EIELSON TO SALCHA. WIND GUSTS NEAR 45 MPH ARE
EXPECTED OVER SUMMITS ABOVE 3000 FEET THIS MORNING.
