A COLD FRONT WILL PASS TO THE SOUTH AND EAST BEFORE DAYBREAK...AND
A WEAK LOW PRESSURE TROUGH WILL LINGER IN ITS WAKE. SKIES SHOULD
BE MOSTLY SUNNY...WITH DRY CONDITIONS IN MOST PLACES TODAY...BUT
BUILDING INSTABILITY MAY SPARK A COUPLE OF LATE DAY SHOWERS OR
THUNDERSTORMS IN OR NEAR NORTHEAST NEW JERSEY...THAT COULD THEN
DRIFT EASTWARD TOWARD NEW YORK CITY EARLY THIS EVENING.

HIGH PRESSURE WILL THEN BUILD FROM THE WEST TONIGHT INTO FRIDAY.
HIGH TEMPERATURES TODAY WILL BE ONLY SLIGHTLY COOLER THAN THOSE OF
YESTERDAY...RANGING FROM THE UPPER 70S TO MID 80S...AND WILL THEN
BE A LITTLE COOLER STILL ON FRIDAY...WITH 75 TO 80 EXPECTED.

WEAK LOW PRESSURE PASSING TO THE SOUTH ON INDEPENDENCE DAY WILL
BRING MORE IN THE WAY OF CLOUDS...ALONG WITH THE SLIGHT CHANCE OF
A SHOWER. TEMPERATURES WILL REMAIN A LITTLE BELOW AVERAGE.
