MOSTLY CLOUDY... BUT CLEARED BY THE EVENING HOURS. TEMPERATURES WERE
ONCE AGAIN BELOW SEASONAL AVERAGES...BUT WERE A LITTLE WARMER THAN
THEY WERE FOR THE PAST FEW DAYS AS HIGHS WERE IN THE LOWER TO MID

SOUTH. WINDS WERE MAINLY FROM THE SOUTHWEST AT 5 TO 15 MILES PER
HOUR.

.OVERNIGHT...

LIGHT SNOW LINGERED ACROSS NORTH CENTRAL WISCONSIN FOR MOST OF THE
NIGHT. ELSEWHERE... SKIES WERE CLEAR WITH LIGHT WEST WINDS. LOW
TEMPERATURES WERE IN THE SINGLE DIGITS... EXCEPT LOWER TEENS NEAR
LAKE MICHIGAN.

.FORECAST...

HIGH PRESSURE WILL SLIDE ACROSS THE AREA TODAY... BRINGING QUIET
WEATHER TO THE BADGERLAND. ENJOY THE ABUNDANT SUNSHINE...LIGHT WINDS
AND TEMPERATURES NEAR NORMAL FOR ONE DAY.

THEN A RATHER VIGOROUS WEATHER SYSTEM WILL HIT THE AREA EARLY
TUESDAY...BRINGING WIDESPREAD SNOWFALL TO WISCONSIN. THE MAJORITY OF
SNOW WILL FALL TUESDAY MORNING. A WINTRY MIX OF SLEET AND FREEZING
RAIN MAY SPREAD INTO FAR SOUTHERN WISCONSIN AS WARMER AIR PUSHES
NORTH TUESDAY MIDDAY.

ONE MORE COLD SNAP WILL FOLLOW THAT SYSTEM WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY.
THEN LOOK FOR MILD AND QUIET WEATHER FOR NEXT WEEKEND.
