.PAST 24 HOURS...

Isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms dotted the state
on Sunday with northern, eastern and southern Wisconsin having the
best coverage. Portions of far southern Wisconsin received a
quarter to as much as a half inch of rain yesterday. Clouds and
light precipitation limited temperatures to the upper 50s and
lower 60s across northern Wisconsin while mostly sunny skies to
start the day across the south allowed temperatures to warm into
the lower to middle 80s. Lows this morning ranged from the upper
40s and lower 50s across northern Wisconsin to the lower 60s
farther south.

.FORECAST...

Monday should be a dry with clear skies across the northeastern
half of the state and plenty of clouds across the southwestern
half. High temperatures today should be in the 70s across the
board, but the sunny areas should warm into the middle and upper
70s while the cloudy portions may only rise into the lower 70s
especially where clouds are thickest and most persistent. Lows by
Tuesday morning are expected to drop into the upper 40s and 50s
across most of the state with low 60s possible across west central
Wisconsin and near the Lake Michigan shoreline. Tuesday will be
another dry day with highs reaching into the upper 70s to near 80
degrees.
