.YESTERDAY...AREAS OF CLOUD COVER ACROSS EAST CENTRAL WISCONSIN
GRADUALLY GAVE WAY TO PARTLY SUNNY SKIES. MEANWHILE THE REST OF THE
STATE HAD A MIX OF CLOUDS AND SUNSHINE. A FEW SHOWERS POPPED UP
ACROSS THE FAR EAST AND WEST...MOST AREAS STAYED DRY. HIGHS WERE IN
THE UPPER 70S TO MID 80S WITH AREAS NEAR THE LAKE COOLER WITH SOME
FOG.

.OVERNIGHT...AREAS OF DENSE FOG PERSISTED NEAR LAKE MICHIGAN.
OTHERWISE SKIES WERE PARTLY CLOUDY. A FEW SHOWERS AFFECTED PORTIONS
OF SOUTHERN AND WESTERN WISCONSIN. TEMPERATURES DROPPED OFF INTO THE
60S TO LOW 70S.

.FORECAST...A FEW SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TODAY IN
THE WARM AND HUMID AIR MASS OVER THE REGION.  BETTER CHANCES FOR
SHOWERS AND STORMS COME LATER SUNDAY INTO LABOR DAY...AS A COLD
FRONT MOVES SLOWLY EASTWARD ACROSS THE REGION. WARM AND HUMID
CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO CONTINUE THROUGH SUNDAY...AND INTO LABOR
DAY IN THE SOUTHEAST HALF OF THE STATE.
