...SIGNIFICANT WEATHER ADVISORY FOR EASTERN ST. LUCIE AND MARTIN
COUNTIES UNTIL 745 PM EDT...

At 654 PM EDT, National Weather Service meteorologists were tracking
a line of showers and thunderstorms across Martin and eastern St.
Lucie counties. The line was moving to the east at 40 mph.

Wind gusts up to 50 mph will be possible with these storms.

Locations impacted include...
Port Saint Lucie, Walton, Fort Pierce, Stuart and Indiantown.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

To report severe weather, contact your nearest law enforcement
agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service
office in Melbourne.

A severe thunderstorm watch remains in effect until 1100 PM EDT for
east central Florida.
