...STRONG WINDS EXPECTED FOR THE NEXT HOUR...

Sustained winds of 30 to 40 mph with gusts over 50 mph will be
possible for the next hour or so. This includes Interstate 90
east of mile marker 143. A wake low has developed from a
thunderstorm complex in the area and is responsible for the
winds. Wake lows are similar to strong low pressure systems, just
on a much smaller scale. The winds will decrease as the
thunderstorm complex exits the area.
