Forecast of Solar and Geomagnetic Activity
15 December - 10 January 2015

Solar activity is expected to be at low to moderate levels through
the forecast period.

There is a slight chance for a proton event at geosynchronous orbit
through the forecast period.

The greater than 2 MeV electron flux at geosynchronous orbit is
expected to be at moderate to high levels through 22 December.
Moderate to high levels will also be possible 29-30 December, 03-05
January, and 08-10 January in response to recurrent high speed solar
wind streams.

Geomagnetic field activity is expected to be at unsettled to active
levels through 20 December. Unsettled to active levels, with a
chance for minor storm conditions are expected on 28 December
through 09 January in response to recurrent high speed solar wind
