.DISCUSSION...

Light and variable winds begin the day this morning with speeds up to
5 mph. Winds will turn southeasterly and slightly strengthen to 5-10
mph while fuels continue to green. Dew points this morning are in
the low 30s but will briefly moisten to to the upper 30s before
mixing lowers them down to the mid 30s this afternoon. Temperatures
will warm to mid 60s resulting in relative humidity values down to
about 30%. Humidity will increase this evening as temperatures cool.
