...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 230 PM CDT THIS
AFTERNOON FOR SOUTHERN FREESTONE AND LEON COUNTIES...

At 1249 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1
and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges.

IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
         highways, streets, and underpasses as well as other poor
         drainage and low lying areas.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Teague, Fairfield, Buffalo, Centerville, Fort Boggy State Park,
  Lake Limestone, Corinth, Jewett, Hilltop Lakes, Redland,
  Normangee, Oakwood, Marquez, Leona, Flo, Pleasant Springs,
  Robbins, Donie, Eunice and Lanely.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
