A WEAK SURFACE TROUGH EMBEDDED ALONG THE EASTERLY FLOW WILL PASS
THROUGH THE AREA TUESDAY MORNING. A LARGE-SCALE HIGH PRESSURE
SYSTEM CENTERED WELL SOUTHEAST WILL HAVE MINIMAL TO NO INFLUENCE
TO LOCAL WEATHER CONDITIONS AS THIS HIGH IS LOCATED TOO FAR AWAY
FROM THE REGION. AS A RESULT...ANTICIPATE HUMID WEATHER CONDITIONS
AND POSSIBLE AFTERNOON TSTMS.

A SURFACE TROUGH TO THE EAST-SOUTHEAST OF MANU`A BEFORE THE WEEKEND.
LIGHT AND VARIABLE WINDS UP TO 10 KT WILL ENTER THE AREA IF MODELS
CONTINUE TO SUGGEST WEATHER ACTIVITY NEAR EAST AND SOUTH OF AMERICAN
SAMOA WATERS. FOR NOW...WILL WAIT FOR FUTURE MODELS BEFORE MAKING
NEW UPDATES TO LONG TERM FCST. THUS...ANTICIPATE GENTLE TO MODERATE
EASTERLIES OVER THE NEXT SEVERAL DAYS.

BACK TO NEAR 5 TO 7 FT THURSDAY NIGHT. ISSUANCE OF A SMALL CRAFT
ADVISORY IS MANDATORY TO REFLECT THIS SITUATION UNTIL WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON.
