  SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS OPEN COUNTRY OF EXTREME WESTERN
  PECOS COUNTY INCLUDING INTERSTATE 10 WEST OF FORT STOCKTON NEAR
  MILE MARKER 228. THESE STORMS WERE MOVING TO THE NORTHWEST AT
  10 MPH.
