...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in

  Turtle Creek at Beloit affecting Rock County

The Flood Warning continues for
  The Turtle Creek at Beloit.
* At 10:45 PM Tuesday the stage was 11.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 7.5 feet.
* Record flooding is occurring and Record flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 12.0 feet by
  tomorrow morning. The river will fall below flood stage early
  Friday morning.
* Impact...At 12.4 feet...Some streets and intersections in Beloit
  are flooded and closed.  Floodwaters are 4 to 5 inches deep over
  Athletic...Keep...and Colby Roads and the Broad St./East Grand
  (U.S. Highway 51) intersection. Water is in the basements of some
  homes in Beloit. Floodwaters affect Dearborn Ave. in South Beloit
  IL near the convergence of Turtle Creek with the Rock River.
