...The National Weather Service in Portland has issued a flood
warning for the following rivers in Washington...

  Grays River near Rosburg affecting Wahkiakum County

River forecasts are based on observed and forecast rainfall and
temperatures, and they include current and planned reservoir

Turn around, don`t drown. Don`t drive into flooded areas.
Avoid walking near riverbanks during high water.

The National Weather Service in Portland has issued a

* Flood Warning for
  The Grays River near Rosburg
* until Thursday evening.
* At 11 PM Wednesday the stage was...12.2 feet / 8606 cfs.
* Flood stage is 12.0 feet and flood flow is 8200 cfs.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...This river rose above 12 ft and is expected to crest near
  12.7 feet by 2 AM Thursday. It is forecast to fall below flood stage
  by 7 AM Thursday and continue falling for the next couple days.
* Impact...Above 12 feet, expect some flooding of roads along and near
  the Grays River, including roadway approaches to the Altoona Bridge
  over the Grays, and portions of Covered Bridge Road, Barr-Durrah
  Road, and Loop Road near Rosburg and Hwy 4.
