This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central New York and
northeast Pennsylvania.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight.

Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

A significant warmup is expected through the weekend and early next
week. This will trigger substantial melting of our existing snow
cover. This melting snow will also be accompanied by periods of rain.
Runoff into area rivers and streams may be enough to create a minor
flooding potential from Sunday through Wednesday. If you live in an
area sensitive to flooding, please continue to monitor developing
conditions over the next several days.

Spotter activation is not expected at this time.
