THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF THE MISSOURI
OZARKS AND EXTREME SOUTHEAST KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT.

WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED...

  LIMITED THUNDERSTORM WIND DAMAGE RISK.
  LIMITED HAIL RISK.
  ELEVATED FLOODING RISK.
  SIGNIFICANT LIGHTNING RISK.

DISCUSSION...

NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL OCCUR ALONG AND WEST OF
THE INTERSTATE 49 CORRIDOR THROUGH MID AFTERNOON. THESE STORMS WILL
PRODUCE HEAVY RAIN IN SOME AREAS WITH THE POTENTIAL FOR FLOODING.

ADDITIONAL SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL THEN DEVELOP THROUGHOUT
THE OUTLOOK THIS AFTERNOON INTO EARLY THIS EVENING.

ISOLATED STORMS MAY PRODUCE HAIL UP TO THE SIZE OF QUARTERS AND
WIND GUSTS OVER 50 MPH.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY.

ADDITIONAL ROUNDS OF THUNDERSTORMS ARE THEN EXPECTED FROM FRIDAY
INTO SUNDAY AS A SERIES OF UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCES AND A COLD
FRONT MOVE THROUGH THE REGION. LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL WILL BE
POSSIBLE WITH AT LEAST A LIMITED RISK FOR FLOODING DURING THIS
TIME PERIOD. A FEW STORMS MAY ALSO PRODUCE GUSTY WINDS AND HAIL
FRIDAY AND SATURDAY.

THERE IS THEN A SLIGHT CHANCE FOR THUNDERSTORMS FROM MONDAY
THROUGH WEDNESDAY.
