EAST TEXAS THIS AFTERNOON. THESE STORMS ARE NEARLY STATIONARY AND
WILL HAVE LITTLE MOVEMENT AS THEY POP UP AND DISSIPATE OVER THE
NEXT SEVERAL HOURS. RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL BE LOW RANGING FROM A
TRACE TO A FEW HUNDREDTHS OF AN INCH...SOME ISOLATED HIGHER
AMOUNTS NEAR A TENTH OF AN INCH MAY BE POSSIBLE.
