Rain showers persisted across parts of the region throughout the
day. A warm front was located from eastern Iowa into southern
Wisconsin. This caused high temperatures to vary greatly, ranging
from the upper 30s across northern and central Wisconsin to near 70
in eastern Iowa and far southern Wisconsin.

Chances for rain will continue tonight into Saturday. The highest
rain chances will be across eastern Iowa and southern Wisconsin. Low
temperatures tonight are expected to be in the 30s, with highs on
Saturday in the lower to mid 40s.

A chance of light rain showers will continue on Sunday before moving
out of the region on Monday. A slight warming trend is expected
early next week, with highs reaching the 50s for most locations by
mid week.
