Showers and isolated thunderstorms are persisting across portions of
southern Wisconsin and eastern Iowa this afternoon, while more
numerous showers and thunderstorms have developed across northern
Illinois. Temperatures are ranging from the mid to upper 60s under
areas of rain showers, to the mid to upper 70s in western Wisconsin
and eastern Minnesota.

Precipitation chances are expected to diminish this evening. Skies
will remain partly to mostly cloudy overnight, with lows ranging
from the mid 50s in northern Wisconsin to the lower 60s across
southern Wisconsin and eastern Iowa.

Temperatures are expected to gradually warm this weekend, with highs
generally in the upper 70s to lower 80s. Much of the weekend looks
to be dry, but a few isolated showers and thunderstorms may develop
Saturday afternoon, mainly south of Interstate 94.
