Weather Summary for Upper Mississippi River Valley

Last evening saw a large area of showers and scattered
thunderstorms move across the region, generally impacting areas
along and south of Interstate 90. Otherwise, skies were cloudy
with temperatures dropping into the 50s.

Early this morning, isolated showers continue across the region.
Areas of fog have also developed across portions of northeast Iowa
and southwest Wisconsin. Visibility may drop to 1/2 mile at times
through sunrise. Morning lows will bottom out in the 40s to lower
50s.

For the rest of today, expect scattered showers and isolated
afternoon thunderstorms. Cloudy conditions will continue with
high temperatures in the 50s to near 60s degrees.
