...A BAND OF HEAVY SNOW WILL AFFECT MUCH OF YORK...LANCASTER...
FULTON...ADAMS...FRANKLIN...CUMBERLAND...LEBANON...AND DAUPHIN
COUNTIES...

HAZARD...A band of heavy snow which can rapidly reduce visibility to
         less than a quarter of a mile. This band of heavy snow is
         producing extremely heavy snow at the rate of 1 to 2 inches
         per hour.

LOCATION AND MOVEMENT...At 430 PM EST, a band of heavy snow was
along a line extending from Myerstown to Warfordsburg and moving
east at 50 MPH.

This band will cross the following Interstates...
 Interstate 70 from mile markers 156 to 170.
 The Pennsylvania Turnpike from mile markers 226 to 295.
 Interstate 78 from mile markers 0 to 8.
 Interstate 81 between mile markers 0 and 89.
 Interstate 83 from mile markers 1 to 50.
 Interstate 283 from mile markers 0 to 2.

SAFETY INFO...
Use extra caution if you must travel into or through this band of
heavy snow. Rapid changes in visibility and potentially slick roads
are likely to lead to accidents. Consider delaying travel until this
band of heavy snow passes your location.

The snow will accumulate so rapidly that it will be extremely
difficult for the road crews to keep the roads clear.
