TO 8 TO 12 FEET THIS EVENING THROUGH THURSDAY.

SURF ALONG WEST FACING SHORES WILL BE 2 TO 4 FEET TODAY...RISING
TO 6 TO 9 FEET THIS EVENING THROUGH THURSDAY.

SURF ALONG EAST FACING SHORES WILL BE 5 TO 7 FEET TODAY...LOWERING
TO 4 TO 6 FEET THURSDAY.

SURF ALONG SOUTH FACING SHORES WILL BE 1 TO 3 FEET THROUGH
THURSDAY.

OUTLOOK THROUGH WEDNESDAY MARCH 01:
A LONG-PERIOD WEST-NORTHWEST SWELL WILL FILL IN LATE FRIDAY AND
PEAK FRIDAY NIGHT INTO SATURDAY BEFORE EASING THROUGH THE REST OF
THE WEEKEND. ADVISORY-LEVEL SURF ALONG NORTH AND WEST FACING
SHORES WILL BE LIKELY FRIDAY NIGHT INTO SATURDAY. SURF ALONG EAST
FACING SHORES WILL GRADUALLY TREND DOWN INTO THE WEEKEND. A SMALL
NORTH SWELL WILL FILL IN FRIDAY...THEN SHIFT OUT OF THE NORTHEAST
BY THE END OF THE WEEKEND. A SMALL WEST-NORTHWEST SWELL BE
POSSIBLE EARLY NEXT WEEK.

SURF HEIGHTS ARE FORECAST HEIGHTS OF THE FACE OR FRONT OF WAVES. THE
SURF FORECAST IS BASED ON THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT...THE AVERAGE
HEIGHT OF THE ONE THIRD LARGEST WAVES...IN THE ZONE OF MAXIMUM
REFRACTION. SOME WAVES MAY BE MORE THAN TWICE AS HIGH AS THE
SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT. EXPECT TO ENCOUNTER RIP CURRENTS IN OR NEAR
ANY SURF ZONE.
