SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE REGION TODAY WILL BRING LIGHT WINDS
AND DRY CONDITIONS...ALONG WITH PLEASANT TEMPERATURES. WINDY
CONDITIONS WILL DEVELOP ON TUESDAY AS THE PRESSURE GRADIENT TIGHTENS
AHEAD OF AN APPROACHING FRONTAL BOUNDARY. LOW LEVEL MOISTURE WILL
INCREASE AS WELL WITH SOUTHERLY WINDS ALSO BRINGING IN WARMER
TEMPERATURES. SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE ACROSS THE REGION
TUESDAY NIGHT ALONG AND AHEAD OF THE ADVANCING COLD FRONT. SOME
STORMS COULD BE STRONG TO SEVERE...ESPECIALLY WEST OF THE JAMES
RIVER.

HIGHS TODAY WILL RISE INTO THE 70S FOR MOST LOCATIONS. LOWS TONIGHT
WILL DROP INTO THE 40S AND 50S. HIGHS ON TUESDAY WILL RISE INTO THE
80S FOR MOST AREAS.
