.SYNOPSIS...SHOWERS WILL LINGER ACROSS THE AREA THIS
EVENING...MAINLY NORTH OF INTERSTATE 40. A DRY...COOL LATE EVENING
AND NIGHT CAN BE EXPECTED AS AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE MOVES TO OUR
NORTHEAST. A WARMING TREND IS EXPECTED FOR FRIDAY WITH DRY
CONDITIONS LASTING THROUGHOUT THE DAY. THIS TREND WILL NOT LAST AS
AN APPROACHING LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL PRODUCE SCATTERED SHOWERS
AND THUNDERSTORMS BOTH SATURDAY AND SUNDAY. SOME OF THESE STORMS MAY
BE SEVERE DURING THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING HOURS.
