THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN WILMINGTON HAS ISSUED A

* FLOOD ADVISORY FOR...
  SOUTHERN OWEN COUNTY IN NORTHERN KENTUCKY...

* UNTIL 730 AM EDT.

* AT 429 AM EDT...RADAR INDICATED AN AREA OF MODERATE RAIN OVER OWEN
COUNTY. APPROXIMATELY TWO INCHES OF RAIN FELL OVERNIGHT. ALTHOUGH
LESS THAN A HALF INCH OF ADDITIONAL RAIN IS EXPECTED THROUGH 6
AM...THE CUMULATIVE EFFECTS OF THE RAINFALL MAY CAUSE MINOR FLOODING
ISSUES TO LINGER.

* MINOR FLOODING OF LOW LYING AND POORLY DRAINED STREETS...HIGHWAYS
  AND UNDERPASSES WILL OCCUR. IN ADDITION...FARMLAND NEAR CREEKS...
  STREAMS AND DRAINAGE DITCHES WILL EXPERIENCE MINOR FLOODING.

LAKE...GRATZ...HARMONY...MONTEREY...NATLEE AND NEW COLUMBUS.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODING.
